This shower curtain looks like shit, its blurry, and I have no doubt that someone simply stole a google image of Haring's work and stretched it to fit a shower curtain. I highly doubt Haring's family were paid for this, as if they were, the image wouldn't be as such as it wouldn't represent his work well. I'm a graphic designer, I know how these things are made, and this is some low quality work.
